he need 4 pci slots so that why i have that mobo
im staying with the ram,its better
the xp-90c will bend his board
and the rosewill psu is not all that good, the one i picked it the recommended one my the psu at extremeoverclocking and the dfi forums

the oem is the same price as the retail, so hes just getting retail for the warrenty
