Hey everyone I'm new in this forum and i was going to buy a new computer and i was wondering what is better? A 512MB DDR3 XFX NVidia Geforce 8800GT PCI-E OR 8600GT 1GB PCI-E Video Card HDTV..... your opinions please

8800gt, unless that 1gb was on something like an ati 4870 and it was gddr5, or it was the gtx280(already has 1gb)

heres another Question then, running P5Q pro MB, Q9550 cpu, 4gb kit kingston ddr2 1066
wot would be the differences and better for gaming,
2 512mb 8800gt's $400
1 1gb 8800gt $346
1 1gb 9800gx2 $479
worth spending the extra $79 for the 9800?

Are you sure about that? The 9800 is already 2 cards in one. I'm not saying you're wrong, I just didn't feel like looking it up, and thought that that was a point you might not have considered.
