$530 Budget for decent computer

Basicly, my girlfriend is allowing me to spend $600 (not including s&h) on a computer. She picked this case:

Well, now I have a little over $530 for her computer. I'm going to stress one main point, she is a nerd. So she will be gaming. She likes MMOs and will need a decent enough card for that. Anyway, she wants 4 gigs of RAM and a minimum of 200gigs. I have little experince with OCing so if that is part of your build suggestion that's fine, just keep that fact in mind.

It was actualy a toss up between pink and orange.

And it is her computer after all, hell it is rare that a girl will actualy tell you to spend less money on her.
