have you opened those global ports yet?? i take it the swat4 server is on your PC, what you need to do is forward the port range 10480 - 10483 on your router to your local IP address (probably something like 192.168.1.3). Test to see if the game server works now, if not then i cant think of any other ports that even exist, there is only one type of port that you need to be changing
