[56k'ers Beware] Wire Management + Cooling

Okay, I've taken it to myself to wire my computer to professional standards, but with hardly any tools I'm forced to do it "freehand". I have the Antec P180 along with the Hiper Type-R 580W Chrome Blue (who said they aren't compatible?! - All I had to buy was a 2x2 Pin to a 4x1 Pin).

My cables are like this so far:

My temperatures are not overly great. Both fans run at medium speed:

I will be getting better cooling for now but any tips on managing my cables? Here are some actual pictures just to give you a perspective on this:

Any P180 thoughts or tips? Are my fans dissapating the air okay?

The reason people wouldn't have recommended this is because it takes the CPU off 12V2 and puts it on 12V1, along with everything else that draws power from the 12V rails. Essentially, your PSU becomes limited to +12V@20A (assuming OCP on that PSU limits the rails as labeled).

A better solution is to use an extension cable for the ATX12V. This way the CPU remains on 12V2.
