5970 4gb?

I saw there is a 4gb version of the 2 gb original... is this for real? How insane is it?

It's not very much more insane than the 2GB except when you are using EyeFinity, the performance is much better than that of the 2GB.

isn't xfx coming out with a 6 port eyefinity edition (that will really use the full 4 gb)?

There is a 12 port edition as well. Also the price for that 4GB 5970 is crazy.
