6 Core

Hey everyone! I just had a quick question.

I am currently using a 6 core processor. When I am playing games mostly I notice that the only core that is being used is Core #2 And it's maxing out at 99% then the game crashes. Any reason this is happening?

It's not multi-threaded, meaning it doesn't support more than one core.

What game is it?

Make sure the OS manages the parity not set by you? But if the Game is single threaded that is how it is.

That would force us to look at other things.

Let Windows manage core usage. If you are a victim of "CPU parity" posts I can help you fix it.

Also while I think your system specs should be in your sig? I am hard pressed to understand why not included in your post? No joke!
