i need to know if i'm going to run into any issues with using 6 HDs with the rig in my sig below. i currently use a nice Seasonic 500 Watt PS that has treated me really well. i really don't play games much anymore, but i still do a lot of heavy processing... Audio Recording, Video Editing, Photoshop and Illustrator.
i think my initial setup will be as follows.
1. using the 2x 250GB drives for my Apple OSX and Windows 7 Installations
2. using 2x 1TB drives for data storage for Apple OSX and Windows 7
3. using 2x 1TB drives for backup data storage for my 2 data drives
i don't think my case will have a problem cooling them, but i am slightly concerned about my PS being able to handle 6 HDs, plus my 9600GT.
do i need to upgrade my PS?
