This is a 600 dollar build for my cousin. How does it look? Total is at 606 with this build.

looks good but where is the power supply and you need windows. Also you can up to 8GB's of ram for like 10 or 15, i'd go ahead and get that.
 
add more memory for games/also western digital has a 1tb sata 3-hd
with i believe 64mb cache at a decent price-whether it runs at 6gps is
another story ,worth checking into
