$600 quad-core rig?

HD 5670 / 5750? Two Cards?
My goal is to run FSX w/ 3 Monitors. Other games I plan On playing would probably use 1 monitor.

FSX is quite intensive...and doesnt scale in SLI. Even on a 285 performance isnt that great @ 1680x1050.

Yeah, but FSX is extremely CPU intensive... I've seen in run high res with decent FPS on a 5670 (two monitors)

Yes, it is quite CPU intensive, however its also extremely GPU intensive. Running at the high res is not the issue with Flight Sim X, if you even start to increase the visual settings(aircraft/texture/weather quality) above the lower settings on low end cards, your framerate is going to drop, substantially.

Game was very poorly coded- I hope microsoft flight will be better.
