i probably misunderstood your original request, if you are referring literally to simple "mailto:" links, thenthats all handled client side, nothign to do with the server. What application are you using to make your site, or are you scratch coding?

If you want a contact page all integrated, liek a form with a SUBMIT button, then i will require software set up on the server
