6600GT time to change ?

A 6600GT should play it, but most likely on low settings, right? If you do decide to upgrade, i would go with either an x850XT / 7800GS for AGP, or a 7900GT for PCI-E (if you have the budget). You may want to lok into upgrading your processor as well.
Im not sure what you mean by "agp and pci-e 6600GT different?", but if your asking if one of those is significantly better or worse than the other, i would say no. They perform pretty much the same, as long as they have the same specs.

well if your looking to upgrade, and all you have is agp, then that should last you a good year or two at the very most, but you should start seriously thinking about pci-e, already high end equally priced pci-e cards are raping their agp counterparts, x800 at 300 vs 7900gt at 300 is like comparing a toyota to porsche, look to the future man

I would try to upgrade you processor, motherboard, and video card at the same time. I would wait a month until the core 2 duo comes out, because they will have some $300 cpu's that would perform extremely well, or you could get an Athlon 64/X2 after there out since the prices are going to be dropping significantly (up to 45%). Then I would also look at getting a PCI-E motherboard, and something along the lines of a 7900GT or x1900XT.

If your referring to yours, it really depends on the games you want to play. Since that computer will last you many years for Photoshop and Flash. Or if your referring to the new system, it really depends on the exact hardware you choose, but it should last you several years.
