6600gt vs. x700 pro agp

what card, in your opinion would be the better as far as overall performance?
6600gt vs. x700 pro agp. I am trying to decide against the two. Also, what nvidia card manufactuer is the best (sapphire, elvga, etc...) anything would be helpful.

x700 is 9700 pro pcix right? if so the 6600gt. most ppl go with evga or xfx doesnt really matter unless you're real picky.

i would say go for whichever one suits your budget the best, they are all pretty much the same except for cooling and software bundles, and maybe some warranty stuff....several members here have the eVGA version of that card, you might ask some of them
