Can someone help me build a computer in the price range of $700 to $1000 for high end gaming.
I don't need a monitor or peripherals or an operating system...

well you could probably leave out 1 or both of the hdd's he put since you said you already had the os i'm assuming you mean on a hd ready to move into the case
