well, I think there are a few people on this forum who could help. I myself have done some light work on rips and smudges. I would understand if you don't want to post them here, but if you do, I or someone else could give it a try at fixing.

use photoshop and play with the clone tool, then smudge out a little, it might make it look a bit better.

well i help my parents restore old photos on photoshop so if u need help or want me to do it i could for no charge...its not like i have much else to do with spare time lol! i don't have a life! lol

Yeah photoshop should do it with the clone tool, I have done some photo restoring, if you want to PM me some of the photos I can take a crack at it. :)

If you don't own it, Photoshop Elements is about $100 USD, and is more than worth that much for what it does for you. (If that's not what you used already... :))
