7600gs 512mb or 7600gt 256mb

Just to reiterate, the 7600GT is better, even though it has less RAM. Both models wont be able to run games on high enough settings to utilize 512MB.
 
256mb is enough for most people. Some GPU companies enlarge the memory to make it look like a very good gpu.
