7600gt in sli mode

if i was running two evga 7600gt's in sli mode at x8 not x16, would it be better performance than that of a 7900gt, or 7800gt? im trying to find a comparison for running cards in sli is what i am getting at. so any information would help. thanks
 
im pretty sure running 2 7600gts in sli would outperform a 7800gt and most likely maybe a 7900gt. But thats stupid. Just buy a 7900gt or a 7900gtx based on your budget. Then upgrade in the future to sli if u really need to.
