7600gt sli or 8800gtx

hey, i was thinking should i get another 7600gt and sli it or a 8800gtx ?
because im pretty sure wen ati R600 comes out nvidia are going to lower there prices so might as well upgrade =D
this isnt gonna be a thing im gonna do now but in near future say a few months.

8800GTX, no questions asked. I'm quite sure it's faster than a pair of 7900GTX's or even GX2's

i would say 8800 because it will leave you open for upgrades in the future

Beyond the fact that it's faster and much more capable (all of them have a higher memory interface...), it's a DirectX 10 card versus DirectX 9, if that makes any difference to you.

I dont know why you would think two 7600GT's are better... but yes, the 8800GTS is at least 4 times as powerful, DX10 capable, and more VRAM.
