775 Heatsinks?

Are all socket 775 Heatsinks universal? The reason I'm asking is because I just got the Rosewill RCX-Z90-AL and it doesn't seem to fit on my mobo. I don't know if I'm just having trouble installing it or if there is something I was supposed to check that I didnt or what.

Whoops, I didn't notice that there was something under the mobo that made the holes screw holes from the old heatsink, sorry :o
