Hey, I about to buy the eVGA Geforce 7800GS CO Edition 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card.
I just want to make sure it will be compatible with my rig, because a lot of people complain about it not being compatible.

My Computer
Intel Pentium 4 800MJz FSB 3Ghz 2MB L2 Cache(LGA775)
Asus P5P800S Motherboard
512 RAM
450W 18A@12V (I know that won't do the job)
160GB Hard drive
17" CTX PV700 monitor. 1920x1080 Max. 75Hz Max. DDC supported.

looks like it would work just make sure you have an agp slot and as you know already your ganna need a better PSU

Is the first link really better? Its not dual 12v tho.
Also, for the video card, there is a 256-A8-N506-AX then there is the 256-A8-N507-AX.
What is the difference between the two??

well dual rail would be better if you going sli if not then it really doesnt matter.

not much is really different except one comes with a free motherboard. as far as i can see.
