Which would be the one to get if i'm looking at 7950gt cards? or do you think there is a better one in this price range out there?

The one over 200 is about the top of my price range. is it worth bumping up to 512mb?

I have the 512 version, I think it helps with shadows and large textures, I think it'd be worth it...

Wait for some more opinions though

If you were guaranteed the MIR i would say the 256mb version. But since you're far from it i recommend the 512mb as it's only $20 more.
