7950gt512mb or 1 8800gts 640mb

what should i get 2x7950gt 512mb or 1 8800gts 640mb dx10 is just more shiny for what i knw and probablt these cards will work on dx 10 .. i really want to have sli for my first time, but i dont know how big the differnce is between dx 9 and 10

It is worth getting DX10. Getting the 8800GTS allows more upgrading in the future; you can always SLi later if you really want. By then, most likely the 8800 will be outdated, and there will be something else a whole lot better.

I voted 8800, you want the DX10 on that bad boy, and as Jet said, you could save up and sli that aswell.

An 8800GTS won't do too well on a 32" monitor, unless you have like 1280 x 1024 resolution.

Although the 7950GT would perform better for the most part, you wont get much more use out of it since DX10 is going to start becoming more popular.
