8 gigs 800mhz or 4 gigs 1066?

simple as that which would perform better? i do a LOT of multi tasking and video editing im constantly in game and alt tabbing to video editing software
so which would be better for all around performance?

id go for the slower...but more (8 gigs) of ram.

from what ive heard most people didnt realy see any diffrence in performance from 800 - 1066.

yeh go for the 800mhz, i've had both speeds and noticed no difference at all....

More RAM @ lower frequency is better than less RAM @ higher frequency.
