You cant compare specs that easy on cards. One of the big diff is the mem interface is 256bit vs 448 on the GTX260.

For example, a person can OC a 5770 to "higher specs" than a 5850, but it will never be as fast (1/2 the memory interface speed to start). The GTX260 is a lot faster. The card in your link is priced to high for a GTS250. If you are set on a GTS 250 buy the one at Frys (9800 is the same thing) for $99 with a $30 MIR ($69).

im not to bent over on getting a super duper soound system im fine with my 2 speaker logitech system, but yes 4 gb is enough for my 32 bit system so i will only recognize 3.75 gbs but w.e.
