You'll need 700Watt minimum, 750W from a good brand should be enough. If you want some more headroom, go for 800W or more.
You should be fine with 750W. It'll leave you plenty of overhead.

50W, so if you should oc, you'll have no anymore.
do you mean i have to be careful when i OC? because im planning on OCing my GPU and CPU a lot.

yeh, when overclocked, it will use 10-25 Watts per card more. I would take a 800Watt if you want to oc.
Yeah if you're gonna OC I'd also upgrade.

the cpu is Intel 3570k, and so i should go with the 750??? BTW my ram is low voltage. what about the harddirve and ssd?

It uses 267Watt max when oc to 5ghz.
The max TDP shown on the specs isn't right. It's the voltage x the watts shown and you'll get it.
The power draw is measured via a power meter at the wall, so the numbers below are of total system power draw from the mains, not the power consumption of a CPU itself.
Thats using a GTX 590 that use near as much a two 670s

Power is volts x current, always has been. TDP is not the same as power consumed, its just the amount the device will give off as heat.

True, but total power consumption must be greater than TDP to conform to laws of thermodynamics right.
