Which one is the best??? And will they work on a 300watt psu??

The 9600GSO/8800GS (same card different name) are the best. Unless your PSU is a really high quality unit with better than average amps on the +12v rail, its best off to buy a new quality 400-500 watt one. The 8600GT's on the other hand will have no problem running on your current PSU, but they are much slower than the 8800/9600s.

i cant get the 8800gs or 9600s b/c i only have 1 extra 4 pin thing. So which is the best 8600gt?????

sry 4 double post but is it worth it to go for 512mb vram instead of 256???And is it worth it to get gddr3??

According to the benchmarks I've seen, 512MB will not make a difference for the 8600GT. And yes it is worth it to get the GDDR3 version.
