8800 GS "Superclocked"

I'm finally going to upgrade my current system from a 7900 GT to a more up to date card. I was checking out newegg, and found the 8800 GS superclocked, and actually a friend recommended to me. Anyway, I have an X-Infinity case with a 420 Watt PSU. I've got 3 GBs of ram, AMD 3800+ Dual Core 2.0 ghz processor, and some ASUS motherboard.

Will my PSU be powerful enough to run the 8800 GS?

Yeah 420W will be fine, all the power recommendations are overly safe so they keep themselves away from sueings and stuff.
