ok, so i've got a very simple question, what graphics card? i can currently get an 8800 ultra for 250 dollars or the 9800gx2 for around 300 dollars, which one should i get?

i vote for the GX2 since the Ultra is pretty old now and the GX2 has far more better performance.

Why not just use your onboard video???
i'm sorry, but i cannot play the games that i want with onboard graphics, why would you suggest that i use onboard video anyway?

8800 Ultra is obsolete nowadays.

Lol no its not obsolete, theres still high demands for the 8800 series especialy the GT,GTS,etc

Just because theres newer cards out now doesnt mean the previous are obsolete.

but out of choice obviously go with the newer card.

Well, you get my point :D

It's not a very "called on" card nowadays. The GTS G92, GT, ect. might be, but the Ultra isn't a very high demand card anymore.
