along with arctic silver. i dont want to go extreme and use water cooling. and then i need something to cool the memory on this thing. : /

next, i will need a better case, one with good airflow and to be a full size tower. this thing will be big and i cant fit a bigger card in my case than the one i already have. and even with this thing on im sure that it will be hot still. what is a good full tower (i need a lot of HDD slots, i have 3 HDD's and may get more) will great cooling for a good price. i want it to be all 120mm fans. and do you guys think that a huge 250mm fan on the side panel will help coo the Ultra?

An Ultra is basically an overclocked GTX. I would just get a GTX and overclock it. Theres only an 5-10 (or even an 1-2%) % increase in performance (GTX VS Ultra)
