I ordered the cooler and was wondering if I flash the bios to the stock ( 600mhz gpu) akimbo bios would it void my warranty? I dont think it should but am honestly not sure.

Yes it will void the warranty.

because evga has a stock akimbo bios ( a direct replacement for the stock bios of the GT) it helps with the fan speeds with the new cooler.
