8800GTS 640mb Underclocked???

Ok, first of this may be me bein silly here, so you have been warned, but i have a XFX 8800GTS 640BM XXX which can be veiwed here http://www.xfxforce.com/web/product...™+8800&seriesId=730995&productId=731024
at the bottom of the page, it states that the Clock Rate should be 600mhz the memory clock should be 1.9ghz and the shader clock should be 1500mhz, however when i go onto the ntune adjust GPU settings page or system info page it report the clock as being 550 and memory bus as being 900mhz, can anyone make sense of this??? oh if i try and change the memory bus setting it only goes to 1100mhz??

hmm I don't know myn does that too. Myn even shows it in pc wizard
GPU Frequency : 576 MHz
Shader Clock : 1350 MHz
Memory Frequency GPU : 900 MHz Does it just double?

btw your righ the memory is double as its ddr lol.

well i used GPU-Z to try and get a better readout for this and it says, the core is 550 (-50) and the memory is 900(-50) and the shader clock is 1500(correct), so i tried to remedy this by oc it slightly to it proper settings IE 600 clock 950 memory, this however takes thwe shader clock to 1635 but it seems stable so all is good i surpose, 3dmark has gone from 11841 to 12250.
Still cant work it out though lol
