Hello,
Since yesterday I'm having difficulties with my graphics.
I opened up Minecraft and it started to glitch, stutter and freeze once I got in the game itself.
The whole computer locked up and sometimes I got a BSOD for an nv4_disp.dll infinte loop.
Sometimes the game crashes and I get the error saying: "Too many errors occured" And then "NVOGLDC invisible"
After rebooting it even got locked up when I opened up internet to search for solutions.
I was using the latest driver 301.42 couple days ago.
So I went into safe mode and I installed 296.10 clean. Same things happened. Only less BSOD's and no desktop freezes.
Then I installed 295.73 clean, which I had before I updated to the latest version, when there were no problems.
Now it's fine for a few seconds and everything happens again. Lag, glitches, freezing but no BSOD's nor desktop freezes but then I have to ALT+F4 it.
I tried Guild Wars and there are also many glitches.

The videocard isn't overheating at any point.
It all occures when there is 3D in any game.
2D games are running fine.
Some testing that I've done w/o succes:
So, I think it has to be the videocard being half-dead.
Specs:
Windows XP home 32
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz
3,2 Gb RAM (4GB Physical lowered by XP)
Club3D Geforce 8800GTS 512mb
Gigabyte EP45-DS3
Thank you,

Some testing that I've done w/o succes:
- Cleaned the computer
- Virus/malware/spyware scanning
- Placed another HDD in the computer
- Replaced RAM
- Placed RAM in other slots
- Uninstalled drivers w/ driversweeper then reinstalled
- Reinstalled Java
- Restore point
So, I think it has to be the videocard being half-dead.
