Okay, when I play a video in WMP i get this ripple effect, when I play it in VLC player, it works fine. I noticed when Playing crysis, I had the same stuttering effect when watching their little movie at the beginning (would this be using WMP or something?) You can see a Line in the middle, thats what I mean.

I got the latest video driver - ForceWare 169.04 XP 64-bit

Downloaded The K-lite Codec pack (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm)

Uh...you using an LCD monitor? Because the problem you describe looks like what happens when you run an LCD monitor without enabling vertical syncronization.

Look for something like "Enable V-Sync" in your driver options. Then turn it on. Also, set monitor refresh rate to 60MHz in video options.

Turn on v-sync, your image is tearing.

Would I do this in the Nvidia Control panel? I am using a LCD SAMSUNG 226BW, and it does also on my TV in duel screen mode, a Sharp Aquos 32inch LCD.

Edit: Okay I did it, it was on the first setting, i changed it to Force on, rebooted, still does the tearing (im using the Aquos to watch Movies).

Problem Solved ----------------

I noticed that in the options, it was at 30 refresh rate, I clicked the other options and they showed the same until I clicked 1280x720 and below which show 60.
