900$ Tower help/My idea.

So, I've been posting asking for alot of answers and not contributing much but..
I've been studying the living hell out of computers these past few months and realized you honestly don't need the absolute best computer. Anyways, I'm thinking an i3 build rather than AMD for more future compatibility, but if you guys have any good reasons or places I can cut cost it'd be cool.

Here's what I'll use it for;
Gaming, Fraps, some simple photo editing, and just average browsing.

Here's what my idea for it would be;
Z77 Mobo.
i3 Processor.
Decently big case, don't really like LED's..but I like windows if that helps.
GPU that can run Valve games, Arma2, BF3, and Blacklight at good settings and future games.
8G of RAM.
600ish Watt PSU.
500G hard drive, or the Samsung 256G SSD that's 160$ on newegg.

Do you really need 256GB SSD? I think 128GB will enough.
