90nm 3500+ vs. 754 3200+ ?

While looking through some Athlon 64's, I was wondering what and how great are the advantages of spending around $100 more to get a socket 939 90nm 3500+ as opposed to the socket 754 3200+, both operating at 2.2Ghz and with the same cache sizes.

I'm assuming the 3500+ runs cooler and allows better overclocks, but I'd think there would be other benefits too.

Thanks for any answers.

Correct the S754s lack dual channel and lack the extra multiplier on the HTL. I dont really see any competition to the S939-3500 from the S754-3200 ... for $100 thats handsdown worth it
