Hey guys, a lil problem here
on my p4 3.0 system
i have an older g-force 2 mx200 64mg vid card .. just a temp .. but anyways
it works fine, but when i turn on warcraft III .. my monitor all of a sudden shuts off ... not power wise ... but juss goes all black ... and the light starts flashing as if there's no signal or no response
any ideas on why this could be happening???

i've already:
reinstalled the newest nvidia drivers for this card
the newest monitor drivers .. its an older monitor

not sure what else i could do :confused:
 
the only thing i can think of would be if you have that game set to run at a resolution that the card cannot handle....or settings that it cannot handle for that matter
 
well i ran the wcIII video test
and it worked fine for even the highest resolutions
:S
im confused
 
Yeah it defiently sounds like its sending too high a resolution or color depth for your monitor
...possibly refresh rate but I really doubt it
