Like, not alot.
I heard 30-40% better than a 8800gt, for $400 more! But then no benchmarks are out, that I could find in a couple seconds, so don't quote me.

Just released today. I reiterate, don't like it. Sometimes it just barely manages to keep up with a single GTS. It kills in some games though.. Cod4

Wait wait, theres something I'm missing here. Are these 9800's supposed to be better than say, an 8800 Ultra? Or am I mistaken here? Why are 9600's and 9800's being out performed by an 8800gt? Someone point me in the right direction before I make a fool out of myself (if I haven't already done so)

Yowza, $600!? I guess that isn't too surprising though, since this is the high-end card of the 9 series, right? I'm sure in another few weeks they'll release the mid-range card for much cheaper, and it will probably be almost as good!

9800GX2 with the newer driver smokes HD3870 X2, and it does beat three HD3870 in most cases
