A bit confused installing Corsair H105

I have a Thermaltake Chaser MK-I case, and I'm installing a Corsair H105 liquid cooling setup for my cpu. Taking a look at it I see no way for the H105 to fit in this case below the stock fans, so does that mean I have to take the stock fans out like the website I'm going to link does, or is there a different way I should be doing it? And if so will replacing my two stock fans which are pretty big, and spread out with the radiators smaller side by side fans effect the temperatures negatively inside the computer?

That link shows the fans outisde, and the radiator inside

While this guy has the radiator and fans on the inside. Wouldn't that be blowing hot air into the computer and away from the two stock fans on top trying to pull it out?

Soooo confuse :(

by the looks of it, if the h105 is the same as a h100/I you can have it mounted at the top with radiator on the top fans on the bottom, or radiator on the bottom fans on the top. You can also mount it where the drive bays are too.

I'd personally have the radiator at the bottom fans at the top so it pushing air into the case. You can have it the other way if you wish. Both have their pros and cons.

Fans at the top(pushing air in) draw much cooler air through the radiator but expel hot air into the case. It keeps the cpu cooler but can effect Gpu etc.

Fans at the bottom (pushing air out), it's pushing hot air through the radiator thus having an effect on higher cpu temps but keeping the inside cooler.

I find having them pushing air in is better for me. but try both and see what works best for you. And no having them side by side is fine. The stock fans are not the best if you can replace with some sp120 series fans.

So your saying remove my case fans, and replace them with the radiators fans like this

Then at about 12:25 you can see this guy is leaving the case fans in.

Now I see what you mean. Because what he's doing is basically putting the radiator in push/pull. First set of fans below the radiator pushing air to the set above the radiator and those pushing air out of the radiator. It creates more static pressure through the radiator resulting in better cooling.

If you can do this do the exact same as shown in the video but if you can replace all the fans with static pressure fans, ie corsair sp 120 fans and have a set on the bottom pushing air out of the case and into the radiator. Have the top set also pushing air in the same direction and NOT forcing air into the radiator. This is the best way of cooling the radiator.
