I have a dialup connection through Walmart (wmconnect) and would really prefer to use FireFox as my browser. What I have been doing is to sign on to wmconnect, minimize that window, then activate FireFox. I wonder, though, if there is a way by which to have FireFox Automatically open whenever I signed on to the internet. Or, is this the way other dialup users have to go about it also?

well, most of the time, you can just create a new dial up connection. enter the name, username, passowrd, phone number. then it will connect, then you can use whatever browser you use. however, I don't know how walmart's program work, if that is the program. you can try this.
go to your network options
create a new connection
follow the wizard's instruction of the information needed, and try logging in that way.
