A Disk Read Error Occurred - Press Ctrl,Alt,Del

Hello All. As you can see i have the dreaded problem. Tried loads of forums and cant find anyone with the similar problem. All seems to be a bit over my head.

All i can tell you is that i left my computer running last night whilst downloading some music. Now i know 100% that my PC just restarted on its own. I then turned the monitor and the disk error message appeared and wont go away after restarting and pressing ctrl alt del etc....

Anyone have any ideas??

your Hard drive is failing, windows is trying to access data but you have a bad hard drive. Start backing up now.

it once happened to me and i didn't pay attention i just thought probably a loose cable but my hard drive was fried
