change that amd to a intel dual core the sound is the same as your ram i would stay with the 8800 series instead and of course youll need to change your motherbaord with an lga775 one

I agree with computeruler, E7200 is cheaper and faster than 6000+/6400+. And it consume less power and runs cooler...
