i have a $25 check and id like to purchase a really good headset
and also if possible a good cheap gaming mouse

but headset it more important id like if both items under 25

When you said headphones you didn't specify whether you wanted a mic along with it. But Logitech is a good brand. It depends on what they will be used for; shat rooms, music, video playback, etc..
