A little help please?

hi, when it comes to computer its safe to say i dont know jack :confused: . but i was wondering if someone out there could help me. i recently upgraded my ram :P but i wish now to slightly upgrade my motherboard and cpu. just to replace the mother board and cpu and powersupply. and trust me i use a really really old setting so even the slightest upgrade would help. i use a asus cuv4x motherboard with a 733 pentium 3 cpu, 220 wat power supply, as i said really really old system. i was wondering if someone could suggest a motherboard/cpu/powersupply compatible with this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820153101 so i wont have to buy new ram. something preferably affordable, and if possible compatible with athelon, if thats even possible. spending about 200-400, but the less the better :D will someone help me? oh and perhaps items that can be purchased from newegg :)
 
look if upgrade to anykind of new cpu u will have to buy a DDR ram if not DDR2
the sdram tech. is not used anymore so u can't have a ram to use and then upgrade the system coz simply there is no system that uses sdram

he originally asked for a cpu, motherboard and power supply and has already done memory previsouly. That would suggest that he has some idea of putting a pc together seeing as he is replacing the majority of main parts in a system. Little thought before posting please
 
i would strongly suggest going with DDR ram as well....i got a 1 GB dual channel kit for $80 so ram is cheap
