You will need a Hard Drive, Power Supply(Check to make sure its strong enough), fans/cpu fan/chassis fan/etc., Cd drives, floppy drive(optional), and thats pretty much it...post what kinda of hardware you purchased so we can tell you what you need in more detail.

just transfer the PSU, HD, any optical drives, and any fans that you want into the new case and assemble it. use building computers 101 as a guide.

you might have to reinstall windows on your harddrive seeing that you are changing your motherboard and such, so you'll need windows xp installation cd. Also, if you have any, move your networking cards, usb/firewire/etc pci card.

Thanks guys...The stuff I bought isn't that great, but its definatly an upgrade over what I did have thats forsure...I was just trying to make my crappy computer better and I used the money I got for Christmas, so I had limited amount of money and when I spent it all I had about 5 bucks left over.

The processor i was using was only 880 megs lmao!!

The motherboard and CPU I bought came in a bundle and I thought it was a decent deal, its a
Biostar M7VIZ-A23 MicroATX Motherboard and an AMD Semrpron 2500+ 1.75GHz Processor

Before I was using 256 RAM lol, I bought Cosair 1Gig Dual Channel.

The Graphics card I bought isnt too great but i had a budget to go by and bought the 6200 Geforce with turbo cache

And heres the tower i bought http://www.globalcomputer.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1418351&Sku=TC3J-4026
