I am planning on building a budget gaming rig, nothing hardcore. The main point was small size, decent performance for games like Tera, LoL, and PlanetSide 2, also quiet (Important). Here's the hardware I'm looking at.

GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 FTW w/ ACX Cooling Video Card (EVGA)

ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+ FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X

AMD A8-6600K Richland 3.9GHz Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop Processor - Black Edition AMD Radeon HD

HyperX XMP Blu Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

and a corsair cx430 power supply I have laying around.

As for case and cooling, the following

Cooler Master V8 GTS - High Performance CPU Cooler with Horizontal Vapor Chamber and 8 Heatpipes

BitFenix Spectre LED Red 230mm Case Fan(for the front, less noise)

COUGAR CF-V12HB Vortex Hydro-Dynamic-Bearing (Fluid) 300,000 Hours 12CM Silent Cooling Fan (Black) (for the top and back)

And of course BitFenix Prodigy Midnight Black / Black Steel / Plastic Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case.

Any helpful suggestions welcome, so far its priced at $752. I want it under $800 in total and ITX. Basically I want a fast quad core, cool and quite operation, and decent gameplay. I don't want a liquid cooling loop as this will get moved around alot for lan parties and when I have 3k I'll be building a real gaming rig and this will be used as a blue ray player and media server. Thought? Opinions? Let me know as this is my first ITX build. I've already made sure there was room enough for all the hardware/cooling. On another note It will also have my 1tb hdd in it for storage so don't worry about that.

Seems like an okay build. I assume you're taking advantage of the Prodigy being on sale? For full retail price, it's not worth it. (Newegg: $70)
For CPU I would use the Athlon 760K. It's approx $30 cheaper and performs better on the CPU side.
Buy these fans instead: Enermax Silence 120mm
And get rid of that CPU cooler. It's silly and expensive.
Either of these three will be quieter, cheaper and better in performance: Noctua NH-U14S: $76, Noctua NH-U12DXi4: $64, Phanteks PH-TC14CS_BK: $65 ($80)
I would probably recommend the Phantek, giving you cool air on your entire motherboard as well.

The reason of getting itx is size, IMO, Bitfenix Prodigy is not small enough

Bitfenix Prodigy
9.84" x 15.91" x 14.13"

SilverStone SST-PS07B micro atx
8.27" x 14.73" x 15.75" W x H x D

What is the point of going for m-itx if it is not smaller than micro atx?

EVGA has a short version of GTX 750Ti, you may want to consider

+1 on not getting a Prodigy. I think it's overrated. The Silverstone case is nicer, and supports a better motherboard. Would allow for actual overclocking and better GPUs.
