A lot of programs are giving me a RpcImpersonateClientContainer not found error

A lot of programs are giving me a RpcImpersonateClientContainer could not be found in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll how do I fix this error??
I am running Windows 7

Did you perhaps try upgrading to windows 10 and then went back to windows 7? Seems a lot of users had this issue when they upgraded to 10 but went back to 7.

What have you done recently that may have caused this to happen?

Nope I do have a 2nd hard drive with Windows 10 installed but this drive is normally unplugged.
I did try to update to Windows 10 the update failed I tired 3 times on my main hard drive

So this drive hasn't been hooked up in awhile? It's a windows file so trying the command SFC /scannow at an elevated command prompt may help.

The windows 10 drive has not been hooked up in like 4 days.

Scan found no problem

System restore? Other than that, not much you can do besides reinstall windows.
