I'm really sorry for my incompetence. I would like to use it for PCI-E x16. I don't know what else because i am only a learner.
4GB RAM is what i'm hoping for.
I'm just building a simple gaming system that will run the game said previously.
Thanks
So you are building the whole thing from scratch? Thats good. What video card were you planning on getting?

Video card capable of playing MW2 no problem-

I would take a 9600gt over a 5670 at the moment. Nvidia has PhysX, which is MUCH more useful than dx11....if he will even use DX11 at all for the next year or two, and by then a 5670 will be outdated as well.
Not sure how else to explain that...???
Do you use anything with Dx11? Do you know what PhysX is?

ATI does not have PhysX, only Nvidia cards....IE, the 9600gt
One other thing to bear in mind, ATI is still having trouble with drivers for the 5000 series, especially if you have windows 7. 9600gt is a smoother install, will play MW2 perfectly fine, and is in his price range. Done.
Yeah it's pretty decent, and yup should be able to overclock very well. And the board I recommended, it's upgradeable to a real nice core2quad in the future.
