A new build, what do you think?

It’s time to for a new computer. It has been a wile since my last build, Kind of lost in all the new stuff. Hope someone can give me some pros/cons for this build.

Do you think these parts will play well together?
Is there anything I am missing? Fans, cables?
Need to keep things under $1500.

The computer will be used for. Web, photo editing noting heavy, netflix
And some gaming.

I would tend to disagree. The Asus board is good, but for the price the ASRock gives so much more

Thank you for the replies. The asus and the asrock are the two I flipped the coin for. I think I am going with the asrock. The real thing I am scratching my head on is the video card. Need to keep it under $200.

Video card? Drop back to a 2400K and upgrade to a GTX 560 with the extra. A 2400k is plenty for overclocking and the 560 will help more than some extra clockspeed and a 550.
