A new symbol appeared

Recently I have noticed that a new symbol has appeared in my address bar. It is a big A and if you hover your mouse over it, it says "read aloud this page " How and why did this appear ? I know what it does but how did it get there ?

If you upload a screenshot, it'll be easier for someone to recognize what it is.

I bet if you really check your extensions that are installed for the browser you are using, you'll figure out what extension it is.

I just see two extensions. AdGuard Adblocker and IBM Security Rapport

It says that I have AdGuard Adblocker and IBM Security Rapport there

Go into control panel, then progams and features and check the installed programs list then. If its not listed in extensions, it will be listed in the programs list.

If you're in Immersive Reader mode this will show up in the toolbar. Might just be an Edge update.
