I dont think so...

advantages of pci? ummm 1/8 bandwidth of agp?

get an agp card that suppourts dual dvi outputs if your looking for extended desktop.

You can run a PCI and AGP card, which could be used to power multiple monitors, but you cant use them both to split the load, such as SLI can.
